Your order has been placed. It will take between 5 and 10 days to get your survey site done once I receive all required information.

What I will need from you is the following:

1. A registered domain name and its login details (userename and password). Andrew, Daryl and myself useGodaddy to register domain names.
2. Text for your survey site (click here for example)
3. You will need to get your own hosting. The hosting we use is by Hostgator. This hosting offers a plan that allows you to host as many sites as possible with bandwidth of 1,000GB and 100gb of space. All that for $9.95. So this is the hosting the Grants and I recommend and use ourselves. Or you can take advantage of free hosting that I provide for the duration of your survey site (this hosting is for survey sites only, so if you are planning to get a full ebook site done, you will need to get your own.
4. Your adwords account (userename and password), so I can set up conversion tracking code that will allow you to monitor converting keywords. If you do not have adwords, please sign up first.
